How quickly are letters delivered?
Letters are printed and dispatched within 1 business day via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I use the interactive map to select addresses?
The map is available to all logged-in users. Click any building to pull its mailing address, add the homes you want, and send your selection straight to the send page.
What's the difference between digital and physical sending?
The 3 free messages are sent digitally (the owner receives an email with access code). Paid letters are printed on paper and delivered via USPS. This has significantly higher response rates.
Are there any subscription fees?
Buying letters is credit-based: pay only for what you send, and credits never expire. The one optional subscription is Seller Visibility for homeowners ($9.99/month), which you can cancel any time.
How do homeowners get a buyer's contact details?
Buyer notes are anonymous by default. You see their profile (budget, timeline, area) but not their identity. When you're ready to talk, unlock a single lead for $9.99, or unlock every buyer (now and future) for $29. You can always reply for free through the anonymous inbox without unlocking.
