Our story
Born from a real estate professional's observation.
Homeowners were already receiving notes from interested buyers. The problem was keeping track of them.
I'm Jiri and I've been working as a real estate agent for years. The idea for DoorLetter came from something I kept seeing happen.
With almost every home I went to sell, owners would say: “We still have a stack of notes from people who were interested.” But when I asked about them later, they were gone or the number wasn't in the phone anymore.
That's how we kept losing serious, qualified buyers time and time again. That stayed with me.
DoorLetter is my answer to that: helping buyers find their dream home, and helping sellers keep track of interested buyers until the moment they're ready to sell. Fair, human, and at the right time for both.
"The best deals I ever saw were closed before the property hit the open market."

Founder & Real Estate Agent
Jiri has worked as a real estate agent for years and sees daily how the housing market works. The observation that led to DoorLetter was simple but powerful: the notes already existed, the structure to keep track of them didn't.
DoorLetter was built to connect buyers and sellers in a fair, human way — whenever they're both ready.
Our mission
Make off-market home buying accessible to everyone.
The housing market is competitive, opaque, and often unfair to buyers without deep networks. Our mission is to level that playing field — one personal note at a time. We believe the best way to find a home is still through a genuine human connection.
Personal over transactional
Every note should feel crafted and genuine. We built AI assistance that helps you sound like yourself — not a form letter.
Respectful by design
Homeowners receive a single, thoughtful note — not a barrage of calls. We believe buyers and sellers both deserve dignity.
Transparent pricing
No hidden fees or surprises. You pay for notes when you need them, and homeowners only pay when they're ready to act.
Built on real experience
DoorLetter was built by people who understand both sides of a property transaction. That context shapes every decision we make.
